 I. Forward

    Planet cycloidal-pin wheel reduction gear takes use of theory of planet gear driving, adopts cycloidal-pin mesh, it is the speed reduction mechanism with advanced design and new structure.

    Widely applied for kinds of speed reduction mechanisms of driving machines of different fields such as lifting, transporting, mining, metallurgy, petrol & chemical, spinning, printing, light industry, food, pharmacy etc..

    II. Structure
    All driving units of planet cycloidal-pin wheel reduction gear are composed by input part, speed reduction part and output part.

    Direct-connect reduction gear is equipped with Y series special motor and Y series special motor derived like YA safety-increase motor, YB explosion-proof motor, YCT speed-regulating motor, YEG braking motor etc..

    III. Characteristics

    1. High speed ratio: The single-stage reduction ratio is 1/6 ~ 1/87; double-stage reduction ratio is 1/99 ~ 1/5133 ; triple-stage reduction ratio is 1/2057 ~ 1/658503 ; Can use multi-stage combinations according to different requirements.

    2. High driving efficiency: Because the mesh part of machine adopts rolling mesh, the average efficiency reaches over 90%.

    3. Small volume, light weight. The machine not only adopts the planet driving theory, the input shaft and output shaft is on the same shaft line, but also has the special feature that shows the uniqueness of integration for motor direct-connect, compact structure, small volume and light weight.

    4. Little fault, long service life: because of the bearing steel for manufacturing the driving mesh parts, the machine has the obvious advantage of good mechanical performance and anti-abrasion, in addition, it adopts roll gritting, thus, the machine presents the characteristic of little fault and long service life.

    5. Reliable running: as the multi-teeth mesh supplied for driving, the machine shows reliable running and low noise.

    6. Convenient to assemble and disassemble, easy to maintain: Due to reasonable structure.
 

    7. Besides, the machine has obvious features of strong over-load ability, anti-impact, small inertia moment, it is applicable for frequent start, positive –rotating and negative-rotating,

    Combination of each stage speed ratio of double-stage and triple-stage reduction gear, in principle, which takes the first stage (High speed end) as the one end of low speed ratio, and the second stage or third stage (Low speed end) as the another end of high speed ratio.
