Desc ription for model & spec

    a. Because of different machines outline size, the same type of machine with different reduction ratio should choose different motor power, please refer to the table for reduction ratio of same machines but different motors. With the mark “ ●” in table 7 and table 8 means available motor capacity. With the mark “ ○” means that the motor power is lower than the designed rate of reduction gear, it is applied for motor with brake and over-load caused by frequent starting and braking torque. With the mark △ means that the motor power is larger than the designed rate of reduction gear, and the reduction gar should be operated within the allowed torque range, or set a safety over-load device on the output shaft, thus, avoid too large torque is added to the reduction gear.

    b. There is torque range in table 7 and table 8, the actual working torque chosen should be less than or equal to the rated torque of the machine, the max instantaneous load should less than or equal to 15% of the rated load of the machine.

    c.There is torque range in table 7 and 8 means single-phase capacitance operating motor, with the mark ▲ means single-phase resistance staring motor, and ★ means single-phase capacitance staring motor.

    d. When choose the machine type, please pay attention to the starting torque of the motor, and consider factors like starting, braking, frequent condition of positive rotation and negative rotation, etc., usually, we apply the torque of three-phase asynchronous motor, the stable load can not exceed rated value of motor or slight impact load, and work continuously for 8hours, the working factor K=1. Under the bad condition that the starting torque is very large or positive rotation and negative rotation is very frequent, the working factor should be more than 1, when the working condition is stable, the working factor should be less than 1. Multiply the working factor K by required power as machine ’ s designed power. The designed power=K is the required power.

八、VIII. Installation and maintenance
    
(一)Service condition

    1、This series of reduction gear can be used in various environments either indoor or outdoor, range of environmental temperature is -15 ℃~ +40 ℃ .

    2、This series of reduction gear can work continuously, and also can be operated positively and negatively .

    3、The reasonable rated input turns is 1500 r .p.m, can ’ t be too high.

    4、This series of reduction gear can be installed at any positions in any directions.

(二) Notice

    1、The output shaft of this series reduction gear can not withstand too large axial or radial force, so when add coupler and connect with gear on the output shaft, please don ’ t to hammer, but press the connector by screw hole on the output shaft terminal.

    2、When install, please calibrate the installing central line, level and the position of relative connecting parts, the size should not be beyond the limited range.

(三) Lubrication and maintenance

    1、This series reduction gear adopts lubricating grease, it is filled with enough grease when it ex stores, after first 3 months of operation, there will be a little grease loss, please fill in some lubricating grease, we suggest adopting supramoly or calcium soap base grease for this gear.

    2、When feed oil, just open the abet-vent that on the pin wheel housing.
